Entrepreneurship is often framed as freedom. But for many people it is also overwhelming, isolating, and mentally exhausting.
More than 70% of entrepreneurs experience mental health challenges such as chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout. These challenges directly affect decision-making, creativity, leadership, and long-term sustainability.
